Drug Tested Event: This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB Drug Testing Guidelines in order to participate.The OCB is an all-natural, drug tested, WADA compliant organization. Athletes, like all others, may have illnesses or conditions that require them to take particular medications. If the medication an athlete is required to take to treat an illness or condition happens to fall under the WADA prohibited list, a therapeutic use exemption may give that athlete the authorization to take the needed medicine.. If you are prescribed a medication that is listed on the WADA banned substance list that meets the criteria for a medical waiver, you MUST submit the therapeutic use exemption form at least 10 days prior to the event.
Submission of a request for therapeutic exemption does not equate to an approval. The request must be reviewed by our team to determine if an exemption can be granted.
NOTE: The OCB may not be able to grant medical exemptions during check ins or after a substance has been detected in a urine sample. 
Persons using HRT would not be eligible for OCB competition.

Check-In/Drug Screening: Each competitor is required to come to host hotel to check-in before going to screening appointment. Screening will be done, Friday, 9/5 by appointment at the host hotel listed below. All contestants must be able to check-in Friday 9/5 for this event.

Drug Screening: All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. Drug screening is done at the host hotel the day before the event. Photo identification must be shown prior to screening. Any competitor not tested will be subject to disqualification. The screening fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of testing. Exact change would be appreciated. Screening results are valid for other OCB shows held within three weeks. The screening appointment link will be emailed to competitors a week out from the event date.

OCB Membership: All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. OCB Membership is not included in or the same thing as the registration for the show.  Please be sure to register for your membership by 8/27/25. Division Offerings: Men’s Bodybuilding: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+, Open – Figure: Debut, Novice, Age 35+, 50+, Open – Bikini: Debut, Novice, Age 35+, 40+, 50+, Open – Men’s Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, Open – Classic Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, Open- Women’s Physique: Debut, Novice, Age 35+, 40+, 50+, Open- Wellness: Debut, Novice, 35+, 40+, 50+, Open- Teen: 16-19yrs(any division) Teens are welcome to compete in Open class, of their chosen division, as an Additional Class/Crossover –

Non-judged division- Transformation(Last day to register for Transformation division is July 23, 2025)– Male and Female(although class is non-judged, there is still a fee for the division.. if it’s the only class you’re doing then it’s an entry fee; if it’s an additional class, then it’s a crossover/additional class fee) (Promoter reserves the right to add or drop categories, divisions or classes based on number of entries.) Bikini competitors please be mindful of the cut and fit of your suit. Bikini competitors be very mindful of the cut and fit of your suit! Thongs, pro cut & t-back bottoms are not permitted and if your triangle cut has the appearance of a thong, it is not permitted.(if you are unsure or have questions, please contact me for clarity)Competitors can compete in only one category at a particular show.

CLASSES: When there’s more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. Example: Class A, B, C etc or Tall or Short. (Class breakdowns and the order of events will be supplied to competitors approximately a week before the event).

CROSSOVER: A “crossover” is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Figure Novice category, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Figure Open division and compete in it as well. Crossovers between the Figure, Bikini and Women’s Bodybuilding & Women’s Physique categories are not permitted. Crossovers between Men’s Physique, Classic Physique and Bodybuilding are NOT permitted. THERE IS A FEE FOR EACH CROSSOVER/ADDITIONAL DIVISION AND YOU NEED TO SELECT THE NUMBER OF CROSSOVER DIVISIONS YOU’RE DOING.(EXAMPLE: FG OPEN, FG 40+, FG NOV -1st Division is the Entry Fee and FG 40+ & FG Nov would be considered 2 Crossovers/Additional Divisions. So you’d select Qty 2 for Crossover/Additional Divisions) Transformation competitors are allowed to still compete in any of the categories offered and it is considered a crossover.

Entry Deadline: Wednesday, 8/27/25. Entries or crossovers will not be accepted after 8/27/25.

Fees: If entry is received by 8/16/25: Entry $95, Amateur Crossover Entry $85 for each additional class. From 8/17 to 8/27: Entry $150, Crossover Entry $95 for each additional class.(registration fees are non-refundable) NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE NUMBER OF CROSSOVER/ADDITIONAL DIVISIONS AND PAY CROSSOVER FEES IF YOU’RE DOING MORE THAN ONE DIVISION! (EXAMPLE: FG OPEN, FG 40+, FG NOV -1st Category is the Entry Fee and FG 40+ & FG Nov would be considered 2 Crossovers/Additional Divisions. So you’d select Qty 2 for Crossover/Additional Divisions) Polygraph Screening fee($60) will be paid directly to screener(Cash only).

Contestant meeting: No meeting will be held. All info will be emailed prior to show.

Backstage policy: One assistant max per competitor allowed, assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.

Pump-Up Area: Due to virus precautions, competitors are advised to bring their own pump up equipment.

A great way to view yourself in movement on stage next to other competitors to see what the judges see. This is also a great coaching and learning tool. Judging: The Judging portion of the event will consist of: Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure, Bikini and Wellness group comparisons.

Finals: The Finals portion of the event will consist of: Bodybuilding routines, Women’s Physique routines, Figure, Bikini, Wellness, Men’s Physique and Transformation individual presentations/stage walks, awards presentations, and overall judging (for divisions that have more than one class). All competitors will perform at finals, unless you opt out, regardless of placement from Prejudging. Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique routines and Figure/Bikini/Wellness/Men’s Physique individual presentations/stage walks should last no more than 45 seconds. Ladies, you have the option to do either the I- Walk or T- Walk for your finals presentation.

Music: Music will be provided for Men’s Physique, Figure, Bikini & Wellness. Bodybuilding, Classic Physique & Women’s Physique can provide music and need to email music for Finals performances in MP3 file. Email 45 sec. music clip to [email protected] by 8/15/25. Indicate if you’d like the music to start when you’re set on stage or while you’re off stage. Music will be provided for those that do not provide their own music by 8/15/25. Music must not contain any profanity. Any music with profanity WILL BE cut off immediately! Any competitor have the option to choose not to do a routine or t-walk, it is not mandatory, nor does it have any affect on placement.

Transformation Division Guidelines:(The last day to register for this category is July 23, 2025) This division is designed to share uplifting and inspirational stories that would normally not get told and with this platform I’m blessed with, I’d like to share these stories that may help, inspire and motivate others. Substantial weight loss, fought through and came back after illness, trained through and got healthy after eating disorders or other emotional/mental challenges. You will need to submit your story in writing; a couple paragraphs and photos to [email protected] by July 23, 2025 .. Transformation competitors have the option of posing suit or (male) board shorts or (female) sports outfit. Transformation competitors will do individual presentations during finals only. For transformation, you will come out to receive an award and have your story read. *If you are only participating in the Transformation Division, you are not required to do the polygraph. This category is not judged; it is honored and celebrated.

Tickets: Adult General Admission $50, Minor 4-12 General Admission Prejudging $20 & Under 4: Free. Assistant Ticket/Back Stage Pass: $90 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage. One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Assistant tickets are good for general admission seating at the show and backstage access). Admission tickets will be sold through the venue.
