Show Times: 11am (event will run straight through with an intermission after comparisons and before presentations/awards)

Drug Tested Event: This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB Drug Testing Guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review these procedures and the list of banned substances, which are posted on OCBonline.com

Drug Testing: All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. Polygraph testing is done at the host hotel the day before the event. Photo identification must be shown prior to polygraph tests. Any competitor not polygraph tested will be subject to disqualification. The polygraph fee is $50. Polygraph results are valid for other OCB shows held within six weeks. Check-In/Polygraph Test: Each competitor is required to come to host hotel to check-in before going to polygraph appointment. You will be required to bring your CD for Finals at that time. No paperwork or music will be collected on Saturday. Polygraph testing will be done, Thursday 11/14 and Friday 11/15 by appointment at the host hotel listed below. All contestants must be able to check-in prior to 8pm Friday 11/15 for this event.

Fees: If entry is received by 10/26: Entry $75, Crossover Entry $60 for each additional class. From 10/27 to 11/10: Entry $110, Crossover Entry $90 for each additional class. NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE NUMBER OF CROSSOVER/ADDITIONAL CATEGORIES AND PAY CROSSOVER FEES IF YOU’RE DOING MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY! (EXAMPLE: FG OPEN, FG 40+, FG NOV -1st Category is the Entry Fee and FG 40+ & FG Nov would be considered 2 Crossovers/Additional Categories. So you’d select Qty 2 for Crossover/Additional Categories) Polygraph Screening fee($50) will be paid directly to polygraph tester(Cash only).

Entry Deadline: Sunday, 11/10. Entries or crossovers will not be accepted after 11/10.

OCB Membership: All competitors are required to be current members of OCB to participate in this event. Please be sure to register for your membership by 11/13. Membership forms and online registration options can be found on OCBonline.com. You will be required to show proof of membership.

Division Offerings: Men’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+, Open – Figure: Novice, Age 40+, 50+, Open – Bikini: Novice, Age 40+, 50+, Open – Men’s Physique: Novice, 40+, Open – Classic Physique: Novice, Age 40+, Open- Women’s Physique: Novice, 40+, Open, Teen: 15-19yrs(any division)Teens are welcome to compete in Open class, of their chosen division, if they choose as an Additional Class/Crossover – Non-judged division- Transformation– Male and Female(although class is non-judged, there is still a fee for the division.. if it’s the only class you’re doing then it’s an entry fee; if it’s an additional class, then it’s a crossover/additional category fee) (Promoter reserves the right to add or drop classes based on number of entries.)
Bikini competitors please be mindful of the cut and fit of your suit. Thongs & t-back are not permitted and if your triangle cut has the appearance of a thong, it is not permitted.(if you are unsure or have questions, please contact me for clarity)

Classes: When there’s more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height. Example: Class A, B, C etc or Tall or Short.(Class breakdowns and the order of events will be supplied to competitors approximately a week before the event).

Crossovers: A “crossover” is entering more than one category. For example, someone may enter the Figure Novice category, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Figure Open category and compete in it as well. (Class breakdowns and the order of events will be supplied to competitors approximately a week before the event). Crossovers between the Figure, Bikini and Women’s Bodybuilding & Women’s Physique categories are not permitted. Crossovers between Men’s Physique, Classic Physique and Bodybuilding are NOT permitted. Crossovers between Women’s Physique and Bodybuilding are permitted. THERE IS A FEE FOR EACH CROSSOVER/ADDITIONAL CATEGORY AND YOU NEED TO SELECT THE NUMBER OF CROSSOVER CATEGORIES YOU’RE DOING.(EXAMPLE: FG OPEN, FG 40+, FG NOV -1st Category is the Entry Fee and FG 40+ & FG Nov would be considered 2 Crossovers/Additional Categories. So you’d select Qty 2 for Crossover/Additional Categories) Transformation competitors are allowed to still compete in any of the classes offered and it is considered a crossover.

Contestant meeting: Saturday at the venue- 9:30am

Pump-Up Area: Light weights, bands and mirrors will be back stage for use in pumping up before going on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Video services for each competitor participating in this years OCB bodybuilding contest will be available at a reduced price by I Wonder Motion Pictures. The prices are as follows:
$100 for a personal video of the athlete on stage or $150 for a personal video of the athlete on stage and a promotional video (video off stage)

Judging: The Judging portion of the event will consist of: Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique and Bikini group comparisons.

Finals: The Finals portion of the event will consist of: Bodybuilding routines, Women’s Physique routines, Classic Physique routines, Figure, Bikini, Men’s Physique and Transformation individual presentations/stage walks, awards presentations, and overall judging (for divisions that have more than one class). All competitors will perform at finals, unless you opt out, regardless of placement from Prejudging. Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique routines and Figure/Bikini/Men’s Physique individual presentations/stage walks should last no more than 60 seconds. Competitors are to supply own music for Finals performances via a cd that you will turn in at check in. Any competitor have the option to choose not to do a routine or t-walk, it is not mandatory, nor does it have any affect on placement.

Transformation Division Guidelines: This division is designed to share uplifting and inspirational stories that would normally not get told and with this platform I’m blessed with, I’d like to share these stories that may help, inspire and motivate others. Substantial weight loss, fought through and came back after illness, trained through and got healthy after eating disorders or other emotional/mental challenges. You will need to submit your story in writing; a couple paragraphs and photos to [email protected] by October 27, 2019 .. Transformation competitors have the option of posing suit or (male) board shorts or (female) sports outfit. Transformation competitors will do individual presentations during finals only. *If you are only participating in the Transformation Division, you are not required to do the polygraph.

Supportive Family, Friend or Spouse Award: So much goes into getting to the stage and often it’s the love, support & encouragement of family, a spouse/partner or a friend. If you’d like to nominate your family, spouse/partner or friend as most supportive, send nomination and why they should be selected to [email protected]. All nominations must be submitted by October 27, 2019.

Tickets: Adult General Admission $45, Under Age 18 General Admission Prejudging $15 & Under: Free. Assistant Ticket/Back Stage Pass: $60 (only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare back stage. One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Assistant tickets are good for general admission seating at the show and back stage access). (ticket fees are non-refundable)
